uppliers must demonstrate that they have the resources and capability to provide the materials and services as described herein. There are currently eight (8) fueling sites that dispense Unleaded, Diesel and E-85. The typical brands of fuel pumps currently utilized by the city are Wayne, and Gas Boy Atlas. Typical response times for problems with the fuel dispensing pumps, etc. will be from 48 hours to 1 week. Electrical components do make up part of the fuel pumps. Line 1, in the Bid Event: Hourly Labor Rate-Straight time. This would be for any work done during your normal business hours. Line 2, in the Bid Event: Hourly Labor Rate-Overtime. This refers to any hours worked after your normal business hours, and weekends (if business hours don’t apply). This would also include major holidays. Line 3, in the Bid Event: please include your mileage or trip charge.
