The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, Demolition, and Electrical construction. The total project includes the renovation of part of the existing 1st floor tenant space of the Department of Revenue in the Stassen building on the Capitol Complex. 1. Selective Demolition as required for new work. 2. Minor new construction of architectural walls. 3. Repair/Replacement of existing ceiling grid and tiles and replacement/additional ceiling acoustic insulation. 4. New door. 5. Minor modification of existing plumbing, including new fixtures, in coordination with casework supplied through other Owner vendor. 6. Modification/New construction of Electrical systems, including connecting demountable walls and furniture; Low-voltage pathways and rough-ins. 7. Modification/New construction of Mechanical systems, including thermostat relocation, VAV boxes and controls.
