Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the scope of this project. The following components are identified as the most critical elements of the proposed system: • Cloud-Based or On-Premise Deployment • Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) along with SSO capability. • NFIRS/NERIS Medical Reporting along with all other current compliant standards. • Standards-based, open software application programming interface (API) that provides the agency with a data stream from which additional interfaces can be developed; City of Duluth is to own all data at no additional cost • Web-based administrative capabilities • Robust Asset Management • Warranty and Maintenance • Training & Certification Tracking.
