Specifications include, but are not limited to: This ERP project will replace many of the City’s existing administrative systems and include financials (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipting, fixed assets, licensing & permits, project management, and special assessments), HR/Payroll (employees, positions, time entry, payroll, & employee self-service), utility billing, and other related administrative functions. The City has structured this project into 4 phases. Phase 1, 2, and 3, will occur concurrently and be primarily the replacement of existing systems (see Section C.4). With these efforts, the City intends to implement base functionality that will serve as the foundation of the City’s enterprise wide system for many years. Phase 4 is planned to expand the ERP to provide a tool to offer capabilities beyond current applications. The City encourages Vendors with products meeting either the full scope or a partial scope to respond to the RFP.
