Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. End-User Training Solution a. Washington County is seeking a Contractor to provide and implement an End-User Training Solution in JD Edwards (E1). b. The County wishes to enter into a long-term contract with a Contractor that is willing to extend its services to meet Washington County service level requirements for a period of up to three (3) years, with the possibility of two (2) annual renewals and a maximum of five (5) years. c. The Selected Contractor shall provide Washington County with services that meet or exceed the expectations set forth in this RFP. d. The outcomes the Selected Contractor are to provide to Washington County for an End-User Training Solution are: i. Compatibility with JDE E1 ERP System. ii. Provides a platform that allows several interactive modules - See It, Try It, Know It, Do It, and Print It. We’d require, at a minimum, the ability to both View “See It” and Print “Print It”. iii. Ability to convert existing User Productivity Kit (UPK) content. iv. Ability to create and maintain new training content as needed. v. A software solution that is user friendly and easy to navigate. vi. Ability to house/store all the procedures and trainings of the County. vii. A searchable database that allows search options across various data fields/parameters.
