Specifications include, but are not limited to: Encampment clearing security, 5-10 unarmed, plain-clothed security officers to assist with clearing a homeless encampment at the old Kmart site on Lake St in south Minneapolis.; port trespassers. The services should include the following: o Provide ongoing, regularly scheduled inspection patrols (2 personnel per patrol) of the site. o This monitoring should be conducted 5 times per day (6am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm, and 10pm). o The vendor will report on, document, and take pictures of the following after each patrol of the site: Condition of the fencing (has it been cut, moved, knocked over, breached, etc.). Trespassers on the site (are there people loitering, have tents or temporary shelters been set up, have vehicles been moved onto the site, etc.). o The City will need the option to change the frequency of the inspection patrols based on the reports provided
