The Work shall be completed under one Contract and consists of all labor, skill and materials required to properly construct the Project. The Project generally consists of the following primary components: CONTRACT NO. 1 - EDEN PRAIRIE WTP GEOTHERMAL Generally, includes the following: 1. Demolition of existing plant boiler and chiller system. 2. Demolition of select existing air handling units and associated ductwork. 3. Demolition of select heating and cooling water recirculation pumps. 4. Installation of new water-to-water heat pumps. 5. Installation of new plate and frame heat exchangers. 6. Installation of process piping associated with routing plant water to and from the new heating and cooling system. 7. Installation of electrical equipment associated with powering the new heating and cooling system. 8. Demolition of existing plant water heater and appurtenances. Installation of new plant water heater and appurtenances.
