Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County requires responding vendors to propose a fully integrated ERP solution, including software, hardware, implementation and project management, and other technology services for the entire scope of the project that may or may not include components owned by the primary vendor. The County recognizes that this project will have a significant impact on their staff and is looking to minimize that impact as much as possible. To the extent vendor is able, the County is looking for the vendor to conduct a thorough business analysis at the start of each module and to provide the County with a pre-configured system using its best practices and experience as a model. The County expects to review and test this pre-configured system, requesting minimal changes as required.
