Specifications include, but are not limited to: Expected responsibilities of the selected vendor include: Provide staffing required to meet deliverables within the timelines identified by the project team. Identifying a plan (tasks and dates) for delivering the deliverables stated above. Facilitate and document user requirements. Travel to MnSCU campuses to solicit user requirements. Propose a method and tools to be leveraged for comparing ERP tools / COTS and ISRS – partner with the project team to finalize method. Conduct and document product comparisons. Propose method and peers to be leveraged for benchmarking - partner with the project team to finalize. Conduct and document peer benchmark. Work with the project team to obtain and document history of ISRS. Propose recommended scenarios and funding requirements for achieving future state goals – partner with the project team to finalize. Draft business case – partner with project team to finalize. Provide weekly status updates to the project team. Post all supporting materials, meeting notes, drafts and final deliverables to MnSCU SharePoint site.
