1. Serve as the lead coordinator on behalf of the department for the City’s ongoing recovery and resilience efforts for the affected community; this position will serve as the main entry point to government services for the affected community, working to ensure a cohesive government approach to resilience, and working to increase access to government and community services. 2. Advise the Annunciation and impacted communities on available resources and help them navigate obtaining resources such as available financial support, mental health or technical expertise, or other resources to assist in recovery. 3. Lead and coordinate victims’ services related to the Annunciation shooting in coordination and response to the community’s needs. 4. Regularly convene service providers, community members, and government colleagues to ensure collaboration and coordination between entities, and a cohesive, traumainformed approach for all the impacted communities. This includes facilitating meetings; setting agendas; providing notes and action items; tracking and reporting on status; and helping the working groups resolve challenges as they arise.
