E Direct/Relias is an unlimited online training software used to track each nurse's historical work & training experience which are a requirement to hold nursing positions within the State of Minnesota. The Learning Management System is designed to help advance clinical knowledge, meet CE requirements, and assist clinical staff in providing better patient care. Relias Learning LLC retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary software and services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
