• Review existing drawing, documents, and previously completed reports. • Evaluate the existing spaces and finishes through photographic documentation. • Gather measurements to develop general base floor plans to be used to provide square foot quantities for any recommended treatments. • The consultant must submit the following documents for the City to be compliant with grant requirements: o Submit an outline of the condition assessment (for review by the Minnesota Historical Society). o Submit a draft of the condition assessment at 75% completion (for review, comment, and possible edit by the Minnesota Historical Society) • Prepare a Condition Assessment incorporating a description of the physical spaces and finishes, comment on the current condition, and provide treatment recommendations that meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, along with Opinions of Probable Construction Costs.
