Project will include an informational audit and endorsement of the updated plan. The goal will be the development of documentation that clearly defines the following: • Review of the current audit and document all current existing IT infrastructure, including network configurations, hardware, software, services provided or supported, and dependencies. • Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis. Identifying identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and the impact of IT disruptions on business operations. • Identify critical business functions, IT systems, applications, and data assets within scope. • Define acceptable Recovery Time Objectives and Recovery Point Objectives for critical systems based on BIA results. • Assist in developing documentation for o Incident assessment and response o Data Backup and Recovery o Services Recovery o Systems Recovery o Network Recovery o All Disaster Recovery Communications • A comprehensive plan to regularly test and train the system and staff
