Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Digital navigation services to a broad array of residents, geographies, and communities. Examples of digital navigation may include helping community members access County services, apply for jobs, access telehealth, where to get test/vaccination for COVID-19, or participate in distance learning. 2. Community outreach, education, and engagement support related to broadband adoption and digital inclusion 3. Develop key messages along with cultural and linguistic appropriate materials about broadband adoption, available low-cost internet options, internet safety and other digital inclusion needs 4. If applicable, use the organization’s building or property to serve as computer labs for training, technology needs assessments, or hubs for computer distribution 5. Amplify any Connecting Hennepin and broadband adoption and/or internet safety messaging through social media networks and community emails and newsletters, and social media posting, etc. Most messaging content will be provided by County; if the Organization creates messaging content, it must be preapproved in writing by County
