The contractor will provide professional and technical services to support the State in delivering this project through detail design and project turn-in. The project includes, but is not limited to, project management, public and stakeholder engagement and coordination, base mapping and data gathering, environmental studies and documentation, construction limits, design memorandum, intersection control evaluation, preliminary and final Level 1 geometric layout, preliminary and detailed drainage and hydraulic design, traffic management planning, highway design, ADA design, lighting design, signing and pavement marking design, utility coordination, preparation of construction plans, construction cost estimates, special provisions, and provide design consultation during construction. The contractor will also assist with agency coordination, municipal consent, and preparation of rightof-way acquisition exhibits and supporting documentation.
