• Complete a Topographical Survey of the entire easement aera to complete the project design. • Design the project to minimum State Aid Standards for an Off-Road Shared-Use Path (8820.9995) • Design the project with respect to the MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction 2025 Edition. • Survey and depict all utilities and identify utility impacts and relocations. • Co-lead, with County Engineering staff, one utility coordination meeting. • Identify any temporary highway easement needed beyond the existing road right of way to complete the construction. • Identify all permits needed to complete the construction project. State in the proposal anticipated permits and identify in the proposed timeline submittal of said permits. • Anticipate at least 1 Public Engagement opportunity in the form of an Open-House style meeting. • Complete all required environmental documentation necessary to construction the project. • Design pedestrian crossings and sidewalks that meet current ADA requirements.
