Specifications include, but are not limited to:he work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to: Snow plowing Region 3 DNR Headquarter Office Building asphalt, gravel driveway and parking area. The area is approximately 40,000 sq ft.(See attached map) Map is not all inclusive. Contract will be on an on call basis, when the snow accumulates two to three (2-3) inches or more in a 24-hour period, the Contract Vendor should assume that they would need to snowplow the driveway. Should snow conditions require additional snowplowing in the 24-hour period, the Area Office Site Coordinator may give their authorization to the Contract Vendor.
