Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Sites #11 through 27 shall have one ADA (disability access) compliant portable toilet that meets the attached specification for ADA Compliant Portable Toilets. 2. Sites #23, 24, and 25 shall have one ADA unit and one regular sized portable toilet. 3. Rental, delivery, setup, pumping, servicing and pickup of portable toilet, labor, taxes, fees, all supplies, and all else necessary shall be included in the bid price. 4. The Department of Natural Resources will identify location of toilet unit at each site. 5. Pickup and removal of units shall be completed within two days following the end of the day on Sept. 27, 2020 (Oct. 18, 2020 for Sites 15; Kawishiwi Falls/Ely, 23; Hoodoo Point/Lk. Vermilion, 24; Moccasin Point/Lk. Vermilion, 25; Bayside Drive/Crane Lk., and 27; Ely Lake, Eveleth). 6. Toilet Units: A.Shall be esthetically pleasing as not to conflict with the visual character of the site. Earth tones are preferred. The State reserves the right to determine if the color is acceptable and to reject any unit on that basis. B.Shall be in good condition with no holes through the exterior walls or leaky roofs. The State reserves the right to determine if condition is acceptable and to reject any unit on that basis. C.Toilet shall be a one piece, plastic construction.
