Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor must furnish all snow plowing equipment. 2. Snow plowing will be at the request of the DNR project supervisor or his representative except when snowfall is 2 inches or greater contractor shall plow all areas prior to 8:00 am. 3. When snowfall is 2 inches or greater and DNR determines that plowing will not be necessary, the DNR will contact the contractor by 8:00 pm the night before. It shall be the contractors’ responsibility to provide the DNR with a telephone number where contractor can be reached and message can be left if not answered by contractor. By the DNR contacting the telephone number provided to cancel plowing for a snowfall, the DNR shall have no obligation if plowing is done. 4. Snow shall be pushed to areas designated by project supervisor. 5. Snow plowing shall take place after 6:00 pm and before 8:00 am. Monday – Friday, and anytime Saturday or Sunday. 6. All areas to be plowed must be cleared of snow prior to 8:00 am (Monday-Friday). 7. Extra snow removal may be requested (push back snow banks, etc.).
