• Provide labor and materials to disconnect the electrical from the (6) existing on-demand water heaters.. • Provide labor and materials to disconnect the cold-water lines and cap at each building. • Provide and install (1) 40-gallon electric water heater at each building, two (2) total. Reem PROE40M2RH95 or State approved equals. This model has a drain required for winterization. • Provide and install necessary copper pipe and fittings to connect the water heater to the existing systems. • Provide labor and materials to install the electrical disconnect and reconnect for the equipment within this scope. • Provide and install (1) Rusco Sediment filters or state approved equal (Flow capacity 10-50 GPM, Max Press. 150psi, 100 mesh polyester screen) at building where mainline comes into the building. Confirm with Project Manager the location. • Provide start-up services for new mechanical equipment and warranty info and registration. • Water is shut off October 10, 2025 and start up will need to be completed in spring of 2026. • All work will be done during normal working hours. • Clean work site when complete.
