The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to replace a 100-gallon gas water heater at William O’Brien State Park Savanna Shower Building in Marine on St. Croix, Washington County, MN as follows: • Disconnect water, gas connections and electrical from the (1) existing water heater. • Provide and install (1) 100-gallon gas water heater in the same location. • Provide and install necessary copper pipe and fittings to connect the water heater to the existing water piping system. • Reconnect existing electrical and gas to new water heater. • Provide drainage system for winterization. • Provide start-up and check for proper operation in the spring when water is on.
