Garbage Service: 1. Vendor shall provide the following Garbage containers: Location Quantity Dumpster Size Period Shop Area 1 4 Cubic Yard Year Round Pebble Beach Area 1 2 Cubic Yard Year Round Cart-in Campground Area 1 6 Cubic Yard Year Round Shipwreck Creek Campground Area 2 6 Cubic Yard Year Round 2. Garbage containers will be fitted with rubber, plastic or metal lids. Lids must be bear-resistant (for ex. – bar closures). 3. Containers must meet all state and local safety codes and must be freshly painted or in new condition, free of rust, excessive scratches or dents at the beginning of each contract period and acceptable in appearance to the Park Manager. Containers will be repainted or replaced at the request of the Park Manager. 4. Vendor shall keep containers clean enough to prevent fly and/or odor problems. 5. It is agreed that the Park Manager may request changes in container size and/or location as the need arises. 6. Containers will be delivered / exchanged as needed at no cost to the park. 7. By mutual agreement between Park Manager and vendor, containers may be removed from some sites during the winter season. 8. Garbage collection schedule: May 1 through October 31 Once a week service: 1 container - Shop Area 2 containers - Shipwreck Campground Area 1 container - Pebble Beach dumpster 1 container - Cart-in Camp dumpster
