The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to safely cut down and scatter all debris from marked trees in one location. Site user safety must be considered at all times, and the site or portions of the site may be closed it if is determined to be unsafe during the tree removal process. All work must occur during the week and the site must be left safe to use any time the contractor is away from the site. Work schedules are Mondays through Friday with no work allowed on Saturday and Sunday. The project objective is to drop marked trees and scatter the debris throughout the woods on State owned property Marked trees are within a 20–30‐yard proximity of property line. Marked trees have a natural lean towards the private property. Roughly 20 ash trees infected with EAB of varying DBH sizes and marked with orange paint at eye level o Material does not need to be hauled out or chipped. Damage to state or private property will need to be repaired.
