1. Contractor shall provide, deliver, and place at locations designated by Site Supervisor, six (6) six cubic yard dumpsters. One (1) dumpster to be placed at the Soudan shop yard, three (3) dumpsters at the Vermilion Ridge campground and two (2) dumpsters at the Pyrite campground. Please note: One of the Vermilion Ridge campground dumpsters is needed only from May 15 through September 15 (see maps starting on page 35). 2. Contractor at own expense shall deliver and remove the dumpsters. 3. Dumpster shall be replaced on pad after each dumping. 4. Dumpster must be fitted with metal lids. 5. Dumpsters must meet all state and local safety codes. 6. Dumpster must be freshly painted or in new condition, free of rust, excessive scratches or dents at beginning of each contract period. 7. Dumpster must be acceptable in appearance to Site Supervisor. 8. Dumpster will be repainted or replaced at the request of the Site Supervisor 9. Contractor shall keep dumpster container clean enough to prevent fly and/or odor problems.
