Labor, equipment, materials, herbicides, permits, licensing, tools, transportation, cleanup, incidentals, and all else necessary to treat Japanese Knotwood using targeted foliar herbicide application on two (2) sites totaling approximately 30.7 acres. o A tractor, ASV, UTV, ATV mounted sprayer or equivalent, capable of effectively spraying foliage approximately ten feet (10 ft) tall. Track vehicles are preferred as the site may contain wet soils which could be prone to rutting and compaction o Backpack sprayer o Mobile device o The ability to use georeferenced .pdf maps with Avenza or similar app on a mobile device o The ability to download waypoints of known knotweed locations in shapefile or KML format on a mobile device Bidder must supply an email address that can be used to accept maps o A nurse and support truck to haul and mix herbicides and water o All herbicides and adjuvants o All fuel and other support supplies as needed o Pesticide Spill Kit
