Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for: The prescribed rotational goat grazing is on 77 private property acres of bluff prairie, located Northeast of Houston MN, per an agreement with the State of Minnesota. The project goal is to reduce the presence of woody vegetation encroaching on a high-quality bluff prairie habitat. The primary target vegetation for removal is buckthorn, however, prickly ash, honeysuckle, aspen, dogwood, autumn olive, sumac, and raspberries are to be considered target species as well. The project will include two grazing seasons, approximately May 1, 2023 through October 31, 2023 and May 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024.
