2026-570 Forest Lake #2 PWA – Parking Lot Reclaim and Repave The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform full surface milling and overlaying of approximately 20,000 square feet of the parking lot at Forest Lake #2 Public Water Access (PWA) in Washington County. Reclaim the existing 2” of bituminous and aggregate base to a 6” depth. Grade and compact reclaimed material. Then pave with 2” of bituminous base and 1-1/2” bituminous wear per MN DOT typical surface section. Parking lot grades need to remain the same as before the project to meet ADA guidelines and handicap stall shall not exceed 2%. Topsoil preparation, seeding and mulching of pavement edge are also included in this project.
