Cascade Township is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing A/V solutions, streaming software/equipment, support, maintenance, warranty, cabling and training. This system will upgrade and/or replace our current A/V for all three rooms of the Wisner Center. Alternative bids or industry recommendations based upon firms’ expertise are welcome. 4.1 Technical Specifications 4.1.1 Integration and Scalability The A/V solutions should be capable of integrating with some existing hardware that is in place in the various rooms described in section 2.3. This may require removal of existing equipment, designing and modifying the desks and dais are to accommodate the equipment provided, and configuration of the new system. The solution should have the capability of adding cameras as deemed necessary by the Cascade Township.
