Day 1 will start 0700 in main classroom with 2 breakout rooms needed starting at 1800 (6pm), Day 2 will only need main classroom from 0730-1700, Day 3 and 4 will need main classroom and two breakout rooms from 0730 through 1700. Each room shall have an ice water station and be refreshed throughout the day. Audio/Visual Needs: Main meeting room big enough for 30 people and will be set up with standing podium, instructor table, overhead projector, 8–10-foot screen, sound and mixer equipment, and Wi-Fi access for all students and instructors. Breakout rooms will be set up with instructor table, overhead projector and screen, and sound and mixer equipment.
