EQUIPMENT WARRANTY, RECALLS, AND SERVICE UPDATES The Contract Vendor shall be responsible for the cost of any inspections, adjustments, parts, labor, Travel, pickup and/or delivery charges that are a result of equipment failure(s) prior to or during the warranty period. The Contract Vendor shall be the single contact through which Customers arrange warranty work. All warranty work must be done with the State of Minnesota unless mutually agreed by the Customer and the Contract Vendor. The warranty work shall be performed as soon as possible within a reasonable amount of time. This warranty shall commence when the unit has been fully inspected upon delivery at the DNR and payment is approved.
