1. Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, janitorial supplies, all cleaning equipment such as but not limited to; vacuum cleaner, detergents, cleaners, polishes, toilet bowl cleaners, rags, brushes, sponges, and all else necessary to perform the contract work. 2. DNR project supervisor shall receive advance notice of and approve the day of the week and time of day weekly cleaning will occur. DNR has final determination on cleaning day and time. 3. Routine cleaning and annual window cleaning shall be performed outside of normal business hours or on the weekend. 4. Any schedule changes will need to reviewed and approved by the DNR project supervisor. 5. It shall be the Contract Vendor’s responsibility to ensure the frequency of routine cleaning and completion of all tasks. If the frequency of cleaning is not maintained or if all tasks are not being performed by the Contract Vendor/Employee, it shall be considered as not completed and the Contract shall be asked to perform corrective measurements. 6. For treatment of various types of surfaces and flooring, the contractor shall only use such materials as are recommended and approved by manufacturers. It shall be the prime responsibility of the contractor to protect the owner’s property at all times and preserve surfaces and flooring from deterioration. 7. Contract vendor or their employee(s) does not have the authority to and will not grant access to any person requesting entry into the building or garage. No one shall be admitted to the building during performance of services other than contract vendor/employees or authorized personnel with their own means of entry. 8. Contractor will notify DNR project supervisor when a new employee is assigned to perform cleaning at this site and provide a copy of the required Informed Consent Form for Criminal Background Check for that individual. 9. All keys will be accounted for at all times (office, garage, and shared dumpster key). 10. Contractor will return all keys within 5 business days of contract expiration. 11. The contractor agrees to be responsible for any loss or damage to property or persons due to the performance of services herein contracted for.
