Specifications include, but are not limited to: RANTEES TO PROMOTE PLANNING AND OVERSIGHT TO DELIVER TO AMERICAN INDIAN URBAN COMMUNITIES SUD PREVENTION, INTERVENTION, TREATMENT, AND RECOVERY SERVICES; AND SUPPORT PROVIDERS TO MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY BY LEVERAGING CURRENT INFRASTRUCTURE AND CAPACITY; AND ADDRESSING LOCAL SUD NEEDS DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC. ; Deliverable 1: Program funds will be used to fund positions that can help curb rates of overdose, homlessness, and SUD related issues. These funds will also help build up programming to meet the unique cultural needs of American Indians in Urban Communities. Provide culturally responsive and appropriate SUD and ATOD Prevention services to American Indian community members By fulfilment of grant’s duration, grantee will have provided SUD and ATOD Prevention services/support to their community members. By fulfillment of grant’s duration, provide increase of access to technology for community members. By fulfillment of grant’s duration, provide SUD & ATOD Prevention training to community members. Deliverable 2: Provide programming to support clients through fiscal hardships from the COVID-19 pandemic, including but not limited to the scope of the RFP. By fulfillment of grant’s duration, aid in transportation costs, including for SUD services, ATOD Prevention, and health services. Identify and address unmet needs to supplement existing programming.
