Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) Division (STATE), is seeking proposals from qualified Responders to provide Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting services. STATE is in need of a contractor with deep knowledge and experience working with public sector clients preferably at the county or state level. The Contractor’s expertise will assist STATE to optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, general ledger functionality and provide continuous improvement recommendations along with educating and empowering our super users and end users. The Oracle Consulting service will assist in accomplishing DCT Project Goals, including: Improved financial reporting including dynamic user experience for month end financial reports and assisting with building team knowledge for building reporting through Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) and Business Intelligence (BI) Post go-live user/administrator remote training and support Documentation of DCT migration knowledge (how the system works) Assist with Preview/Test of quarterly releases and Oracle patches Optimize data sharing with DCT Planning and Budgeting HUB activity retention period/option is 458 days. DCT would like to understand other options to retain HUB activity longer than 458 days. Understanding and functionality of each Oracle icon Data migration services, including training and technical assistance, for utilizing additional Oracle Cloud ERP enhancements currently licensed. Responsiveness to DCT inquiries in 24-hour time period and consultant availability during main DCT business hours (generally M-F, 8am-4pm CST).
