The main tasks the successful Responder will perform under the resulting contract include but are not limited to the following: A. Review MnSBDC program’s recent Business Needs Assessment Survey, history and goals of the national SBDC program and the MnSBDC program, and additional information such as the previous MnSBDC strategic plan. B. Develop a strategic planning survey, distribute to the MnSBDC network, and organize next steps in the process making sure to analyze and debrief on results thereafter. C. Survey and interview key stakeholders, partners and staff to gather strategic priorities and appropriate metrics, determine key relationships and determine a list of needs, and other crucial elements to build the foundation of the strategic plan. The surveys and interviews will be conducted in person, via phone and videoconference, and through electronic or paper methods as required.
