The scope of this study will include investigation and analysis of regional transportation needs in the area of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 19 (Keats Avenue) between US TH 61/10 and Dale Road in the Cities of Cottage Grove and Woodbury. The study is intended to engage local stakeholders (agency/city/county staff and elected officials, property owners, and community members), determine transportation needs, and identify high-level timelines of when investments and/or expansions are likely needed to support existing and future transportation networks and developments. This study will be managed by Washington County and will seek input and involvement from the Cities of Woodbury and Cottage Grove, and South Washington Watershed District.
