RFP Primary Objective 1: Gain a thorough understanding of construction management expertise that would support the Planning, Design, and Construction Team as we implement the Board’s directive to create a future home for Anishinabe Academy. RFP Primary Objective 2: Gain a thorough understanding of the proposed fee structures for CM as Adviser services separating the initial predesign fee from the rest of the Design Phases, Construction, Closeout, and Post-Occupancy. RFP Primary Objective 3: To select a vendor partner to guide and support the Planning, Design, and Construction team, the Architectural Team, as well as the Steering Committee, through the Predesign stage for the future home of Anishinabe Academy. Through this process, we seek to create a project charter that includes a rough order of magnitude cost that will guide future design stages.
