Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Public Safety’s Division of Emergency Communication Networks (“ECN”) requests proposals for conference planning and management of its annual Public Safety Communications Conference. The conference, scheduled for April or May, historically has an estimated 350 persons attend. It provides an opportunity for public safety professionals across the State of Minnesota to come together for education, updates and sharing ideas to further public safety programs including but not limited to: Next Generation 911; Allied Radio Matrix for Emergency Responders (“ARMER”); Wireless Broadband; Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (“IPAWS”); and interoperability between all programs.
