A. Dakota County Recycling Zone Staff Responsibilities • Dakota County Recycling Zone staff will unload, sort, and consolidate the compressed gas cylinders received and will notify the contractor when a shipment is needed. B. Contractor Responsibilities • To provide the materials for the collection of compressed gas cylinders. • To provide transportation services for the collected compressed gas cylinders, which include but are not limited to checking containers, loading, completing paperwork, labeling, placarding, mobilization, transporting the gas cylinders from the Dakota County Recycling Zone to an authorized processing facility. • To provide detailed itemized invoicing that includes units of measure per price list item per shipment including certification of proper management and disposal. C. Schedule • Provide on-call pick up service within five (5) business days from the time of the request. D. Quote Specs • Quotes for compressed gas cylinder recycling and disposal shall be based on a per compressed gas cylinder unit type with a fixed truck charge per service trip.
