1. Provide finished and screened compost blend to individual Program Participants in quantities ranging from one to five cubic yards. Compost must be produced from yard waste using a process that meets the operational requirements, Class I Compost Classification standards of Minnesota Rules Part 7035.2836 and that has been certified by U.S. Composting Council’s Seal of Testing Assurance (STA) Program. Results of the most recent STA Certification Program testing shall be provided to the County at least 10 business days prior to the first delivery to a Program Participant. 2. Coordinate with each Program Participant for compost delivery, including: • Confirm date with the Program Participant from September 15 – October 17 for delivery of the compost; • Confirm if the Program Participant needs to provide any additional on-site items (e.g., tarp, traffic cones) to properly receive the compost delivery; • Coordinate with the Program Participant to ensure they will be on-site the day of compost delivery; 3. Provide transportation services to deliver compost to each Program Participant on the mutually agreed upon date and time. 4. Provide the County with documentation of compost delivery dates, locations and compost types and amounts delivered.
