The University, in conjunction with CSCC, seeks the services of an A&E team that will also include a Fire Protection and Alarm Engineer to upgrade the fire protection sprinkler systems as well as fire alarm and all associated Systems. All thirteen (13) buildings as well as the Community Center will need to be evaluated for fire alarm and sprinkler upgrades including End of Life (EOL) Devices. The Upgrades will include, but are not limited to: Current Codes, Standards and Regulations University Standards Factory Mutual (FM) Global standards as applicable Any other Applicable Codes, Standards, Contracts, and Regulations, as well as updated materials. Required Design Services The Designated Additional Services for the Project will include: Cost Estimating The Basic Services for the Project will include: Schematic Design Phase Design Development Phase Construction Document Phase Bidding / Negotiation Phase Construction Phase - Administration of Construction Contract Any cost estimating for the Project shall be prepared by a qualified, experienced, and licensed construction contractor, or others as approved by the University.
