Specifications include, but are not limited to: The consultant will work with County staff to collect data and information that is necessary to perform the following work: - Conduct functional inventory of each system currently in use. - Develop preliminary inventory of current and desired functionality. - Work with each unit to score each function by essential requirement, desirable requirement, and nice-but-not-necessary, to be included in common W/O system proposal. - Assemble common needs inventory. - Assemble listing of common vendors providing work order systems providing principal functionality, including SunGard, and Landport systems. - Develop a vendor response document (RFP) based on the needs definition. - Distribute vendor response to prospective vendors. - Answer vendor questions. - Receive and assess vendor responses. - Recommend up to three prospective vendors based on response. - Evaluate how maintenance function operational processes would need to be revised to take advantage of common W/O system features.
