Specifications include, but are not limited to: In general, the Contractor(s) shall perform the following Day Certain services, as scheduled, in proposed Zones. The City approved plan for scheduled, Day Certain services includes collection, transfer and delivery of materials on the established Day Certain schedule. This schedule requires that a Routemust be serviced on the same day of each week and is based on a five (5) day, Monday through Friday, working week. The only exceptions to the Day Certain plan shall be during those weeks in which a Major Holidayoccurs, as defined by the City. Complete collection of all assigned daily Routes must be fulfilled within the week in which any Major Holidayoccurs. For example, if a Major Holiday fallson a Wednesday, then collection shall be on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of the same week. If a Major Holiday falls on a Sunday, collection for that week shall be Tuesday through Saturday.
