Specifications include, but are not limited to: The consultant will provide the following services in close collaboration with City staff and community partners: A. Project Coordination & Management 1 - Develop a detailed project work plan and timeline 2 - Meet regularly with City staff and any advisory or working groups B. Stakeholder Engagement, education, and outreach 1 - Identify critical stakeholders: Identify residents, residential groups, elected officials, staff members, and external agencies who should be involved in the planning process. Strategize engagement ideas to reach under-recognized populations within Roseville. 2 - Develop climate justice advisory group: Invite individuals representing different populations and interest groups within Roseville to participate in climate equity advocacy group, to meet with city staff 3-4 times throughout the planning process. Group members will also participate in a storytelling workshop series to both tell their own climate change stories and reflect on their experiences and hopes as Roseville residents. 3 - Conduct stakeholder and community engagement activities: Hold 2 community workshops with identified stakeholders to discuss priorities for community climate response, develop a community-wide survey, and create opportunities for residents to tell their individual stories about how they experience climate change.
