The City of Champlin is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms with demonstrated expertise in the development and implementation of job evaluation and compensation systems, as well as the review and updating of job descriptions. The selected consultant will support the City in the following key areas: ● Evaluate and update existing job descriptions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevance. ● Establish a new compensation policy based on a thorough review of the current system. ● Review the existing compensation system and assist with the implementation of a revised compensation structure, including staff training. ● Conduct a comprehensive market analysis of the City’s current compensation, job classification and benefits and recommend a cost-conscious implementation strategy. ● Recommend a new job evaluation process.
