Contractor shall provide materials and labor to replace florescent lighting fixtures with LED fixtures. The total budget for this work shall not exceed $250,000. The funding allocated for this project is unlikely to cover replacing every lighting unit on campus. Building Services aims to prioritize the units that pose the greatest challenges or require the most coordination for staff when replacing existing lighting systems. The priority order is as follows: • Level 4 of the Law Enforcement Center, housing the County Attorney’s Office. • Remaining balance of security lighting in the Washington County Jail to include mezzanine lights on level 3, 4, and 5 Pods A – F for each level. Within the Jail pods, units shall be retrofitted with a LED retrofit kit rather than replaced due to the secure nature of the housing. • Secure Level 1 of the Law Enforcement Center, which includes the Washington County Sheriff’s Evidence Room and SWAT Garage. • Level 3 of the Law Enforcement Center, home to Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology. • Level 5 of the Government Center, encompassing Human Resources, the Working Board Room, and the County Board Room. • Level 1 of the Courthouse.
