Design consultant to prepare a programing study and schematic level report of all buildings to understand programing, schematic design, cost, and priority among buildings. So that the County could better understand the priority and financial impact before taking next step. Refer to B.2 Project Description for proposed initial programing request. 2. The design is to conform to current national best practices and Attachment G Dakota County Design and Construction Sustainability Standards. 3. The design team will be responsible for ensuring that applicable Federal, State, and local codes and regulations related to the design are met. 4. All communication with the County will go through the County’s Project Manager, unless approved otherwise in writing by the Project Manager. 5. The County will identify a Core Team (CT), responsible for decision making and overall project direction from inception to beneficial use. The County will also identify one or more Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs) of users, technical specialists, and stakeholders who will be directly impacted by the project. Work sessions will be held with TAGs to confirm the program, manage specific systems details, and explore design options through the end of Schematic Design.
