CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR CITY HALL, POLICE, AND ANIMAL POUND 3 DAYS PER WEEK FOR CITY HALL (ADMIN & POLICE) AS NEEDED FOR ANIMAL POUND WINDOWS: Clean inside as needed, at minimum monthly. Clean outside annually – weather permitting ($_________ annual charge) DUST AND WASH: Window Sills, stair railings, doors and tables as needed, at minimum monthly. OFFICES: General dusting (shelves, filing cabinets, window sills, counters), waste baskets emptied and wiped out. CHAIRS: Regular dusting and washing when needed, at minimum monthly. FLOORS: Sweep, vacuum, scrub when needed, at minimum weekly. WALLS: Dust/Wash when needed, at minimum annually. LAVATORIES: Clean daily and add to supplies as needed (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) JANITOR’S CLOSET: Keep orderly – free from oily rags, the odor of rags and mops. Wash mops after use. DRAPES: Vacuum when needed. LIGHT FIXTURES: Clean monthly or as needed PLEASE LEAVE CHAIRS SET UP IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS POLICE DEPARTMENT AREA: Shall have licensed police officer present while cleaning. General duties as stated above for windows, dusting, chairs, floors, etc. Clean Stove and Refrigerator as needed, minimally monthly Sweep garage floor as needed ($______________ charge per occurrence) * Cleaning of evidence locker & store room would be as needed under the direct supervision of the Chief of Police.
