CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR CITY HALL, POLICE, AND ANIMAL POUND 3 DAYS PER WEEK FOR CITY HALL (ADMIN & POLICE) AS NEEDED FOR ANIMAL POUND WINDOWS: Clean inside as needed, at minimum monthly. Clean outside annually – weather permitting ($_________ annual charge) DUST AND WASH: Window Sills, stair railings, doors and tables as needed, at minimum monthly. OFFICES: General dusting (shelves, filing cabinets, window sills, counters), waste baskets emptied and wiped out. CHAIRS: Regular dusting and washing when needed, at minimum monthly. FLOORS: Sweep, vacuum, scrub when needed, at minimum weekly. WALLS: Dust/Wash when needed, at minimum annually. LAVATORIES: Clean daily and add to supplies as needed (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) JANITOR’S CLOSET: Keep orderly – free from oily rags, the odor of rags and mops. Wash mops after use. DRAPES: Vacuum when needed. LIGHT FIXTURES: Clean monthly or as needed PLEASE LEAVE CHAIRS SET UP IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS POLICE DEPARTMENT AREA: Shall have licensed police officer present while cleaning.
