Specifications include, but are not limited to: Connected and Automated Vehicle (CAV) technology and policy is rapidly advancing around the world. As Minnesota tests this technology and develops policy and regulation, MnDOT is seeking accurate and timely information on the latest market trends, technology advancements, policy and regulation. Project Tasks 1. Provide a commercially available platform that allows MnDOT staff to follow trends in CAV technology, policy and regulation. The product must be updated at least weekly, provide access for a minimum of 12 MnDOT staff 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, for two years citing reliable industry sources. The product must contain updates on CAV cybersecurity, infrastructure needs, commercial fleet readiness, industry partnerships, connected vehicle technology advancements in the public and private industry, national and international regulations, and industry standards. 2. Provide monthly update sessions (such as webinars) with MnDOT staff and other public partners i.e. the FHWA and local cities/counties. The selected contractor will highlight national trends in technology, market trends, and policy, and provide MnDOT an opportunity to ask questions. Sessions will be approximately 1 hour in length. Responders are encouraged to propose additional tasks or activities if they will improve the results of the project. These items should be separated from the required items on the Cost Proposal.
