Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Minneapolis is soliciting proposals from qualified companies for the operation, marketing, and maintenance of a business center pursuant to a Business Center Agreement at the City-owned Minneapolis Convention Center (MCC). The city is looking for unique proposals for a full service business center to be located on MCC property and serve the needs of our clients, exhibitors, patrons, and staff on a non-exclusive basis. Specifically, the City requests that services including, but not limited to: copying, faxing, printing and shipping, as well as provision of office materials, as outlined in Scope of Services, Base Goods and Services, are provided to MCC customers. These services are in exchange for a financial return to the MCC.
