SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide and service rear-loading dumpsters at Banning State Park for a two-year term as stated in the solicitation. DUMPSTERS/CONTAINERS: Estimated number of dumpsters to provide and service: 1. 4 Cubic Yard Garbage: 1 Container (Campground), and 2. 2 Cubic Yard Garbage: 2 Containers (Picnic/Shop) 3. 2 Cubic Yard Recycling Container: 1 Container (Shop) *The Project Supervisor may at any time request an increase or decrease in the quantity of dumpsters/containers or the frequency of pickup service at the same bid price. Pro CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Pick-up from all dumpsters must be completed between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. 2. Once a week service shall be on either Monday or Tuesday. 3. Twice a week service shall be on either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday. 4. Contractor must obey all State Park rules and regulations and drivers must stop at all stop signs and obey all speed limits. a. State Park sticker will not be required on refuse-hauling vehicle while picking up refuse. 6. Refuse shall be picked up according to the schedule below and provide a bid price for each container/service described. a. It is understood that bids INCLUDE ALL COST for labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, service, disposal fee, assessments and all else necessary to complete the service described in these specifications. State sales taxes are not applicable to this Contract. b. Taxes including waste, environmental, county, city, and state are not to be included in the rates offered in the bid. c. Vendor is responsible to provide a list of the taxes applicable to the garbage service and the percentage of each.
